What Makes Us Unique

Jose serves as Home Suite Home’s Director of Operations: managing rehab projects, hiring and managing contractors and staff, prioritizing and scheduling maintenance services, addressing tenant maintenance issues, resolving code violations, and marketing. He’s bilingual (Spanish/English) and a life-long Cleveland resident with administrative career experience in education, healthcare, manufacturing, and property management. Jose’s professionalism and property management experience puts owners at ease and tenants at home.

When “off the clock”, Lori and Jose enjoy traveling and spending time with their families. Since they married in 2013, they have made the world their home, visiting: Canada, Costa Rica, Jordan, Mexico, Florida, New York, Virginia Beach, and numerous quaint Ohio cities and towns. True Buckeyes, they’ve camped in Hocking Hills, hiked in Mohican, Kayaked the Cuyahoga River & Lake Erie, biked the Emerald Necklace, and collected sea glass along Edgewater Beach.

Lori and Jose manage 55 properties in Cuyahoga County (USA). Their commercial and residential clients appreciate Lori and Jose’s boots on the ground approach to property management because it demonstrates their commitment to all parties – renters and owners.
